I was extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Copans as my cardiologist for 28 years. When I received notice that he was leaving his practice, I prayed numerous times for his well-being, hoping that he would be able to resume it. I am so sorry for his family's loss and extend my most heartfelt condolences to them. He was a gentleman and true follower of the Hippocratic Oath, missed by his patients, colleagues and staff. May he rest in peace.
