Doctor Copans was a talented doctor who also happened to be a most wonderful human being. He was compassionate, thorough, honest, with a great sense of humor. He was approachable and caring, so I was at ease and felt in the best of hands when presenting a cardio problem. He was a true medical detective, driven to find the cause of some mysterious set of symptoms. My condolences. I do miss him.
