Rochelle was a special person who, along with Norman, became a trusted friend for my father at Seacrest Village. She looked out for my Dad, called me with updates, hugged me when I was able to visit. I lost my mother 5 years ago and being with Rochelle gave me comfort and closure. I will miss her smile and affection. Condolences from the Vogel family.
