Melanie was a wonderful friend to me and my family. Her sunny disposition always shown through, even during her battle with cancer. I will remember fondly our days of walking together around Balboa Park and our early days as friends at Willow Glen High School. I will always carry her positive spirit, her smile, her musical voice, and her love for people in my heart. She was a faithful friend and will be sorely missed by all.
